Not sure if it works yet, but it seems easy to use and will save a lot of time tracking customers and sending emails.

Helps right off the bat! I was very impressed as soon as I installed the app to my Shopify store. User-friendly, and would recommend to a new user like myself.

I used this app to help me do a welcome message, and to email about cart abandonment. It was easy to set up, besides uploading the pictures. I would recommend using this app.
