Weglot ‑ Translate Your Store

Very good customer service! Not so good visibility of what plan you are in though.

Though pricy this gives an easy way to get translations out there. TIp: be sure to exclude reviews from translation to remain in control over the word count

Awesome app. Very quick translating. Of course, you want to run over the text to make it your own, but only slight adjustments need to be made. Great and proactive customer service. (Needed to know how to have newly added pages translated. - great support.)

This app works great and very cheap. The downside is that it will not translate content from third party apps like the reviews from the Shopify Review App.

Good and fast service. But without the service I could not solve this problem. It is not perfect But I am sure Weglot Will be.

+++ Le support est efficace, réactif et agréable.
- L'application est encore un peu laborieuse à utiliser mais s'améliore.
- La correction humaine reste indispensable si on veut des traductions parfaites.

Mais surtout : Il est impossible de traduire les facilement les URLs donc, quelque soit le langage, l'URL reste dans la langue d'origine ce qui est problématique pour le SEO.
A la décharge de weglot, Shopify n'autorise pas la modification des URLs.

Die App hat ein paar Schwächen und das Limit von 50.000 übersetzen Wörtern ist schnell erreicht.

There are always some integration problems with different apps on Shopify, but Weglot has a great support and helps you with every difficulty

Honesly, the app is a pretty great tool, even though it does have some issues, obviously. What isnt so obvious though, is their technical support team! they do wonders and deserve all the praises. We ran into many problems with Weglot's service in terms of technicallities and translations. However, every time was professionally and thoroughly handeled by the great IT team, especially Alexis - who was a HUGE help and always responded with grace and willingness to get the issues resolved (no matter how many ping-pong emails were involvled) .
This is not taken for granted, and I really am happy to know that Weglot has these awesome people in the backstage of IT doing these wonders! God bless you guys! Alexis, this goes out to you the most ! :) have a wonderful day

I just recently installed this and it has been really easy to use. The customer service is great as well, the response time is very fast and super helpful!
