I have downloaded the app for few weeks now. As it is my first time to open an online store, I had to translate to different languages. I contacted the support as I had some many issues regarding the notifications translation.
The support was always ready to help and they are very reactive. I do not regret to have install this app as the customer support is amazing. Whenever you have a issue, they are here to help and they reply to you quite fast.

We use Weglot to translate our website from FR to EN. The tool is easy to use. Really appreciated the customer support. Christophe was really helpful and provided quick solutions to fix the last missing translations. Thanks !

Though pricy this gives an easy way to get translations out there. TIp: be sure to exclude reviews from translation to remain in control over the word count
