Weglot always responds fast. Customer support is excellent. The app works well and is customizable. I've been a professional translator for 30 years. It is easy to enter your own translations and the app will automatically translate other similar sentences the same way in other products. If you want certain words always translated a specific way in another language you can do so too. If you want some words to never be translated, you can also do this.
the customer service is awesome, help me a lot with my RTL language issues, THX to Christophe of weglot. This App really worth to purches!
SUPER!!! I compared Weglot and Langify and the translation went smoothly and fast with Weglot. Just a few corrections to add to the otherwise automatically translated text.... :-)
Weglot is a very helpful app to make an overall translation. Max from the support service is also here to help whenever you have questions. We really recommend it specially when you just started your business
I can't recommend the Weglot app or its developer enough. Translation was a hugely important feature for one of our shops, for which we had estimated weeks in our timeline. Instead, installation took only minutes and was completely painless; and the translations themselves were 99% production ready. When we later had the need to customize some shop behavior based on language, the Weglot team was supremely responsive and helpful. It's rare that an app solves your needs out-of-the-box, even more rare when it surprises and delights. That's been our experience with Weglot.

I was scared at first. The language switcher was in a different place than I wanted, but support was very helpful and I'm signing off early. I recommend it. Cheaper option, but support will accommodate you as much as possible.

The app is a great tool, but above all the support team (we have been dealing with Christophe who is amazing) is super helpful.
