The app is easy to install and to use. Our plan got upgraded automatically once we reached the words limit, so now it is quite pricey for us. Unfortunately we're on the annual plan and can't cancel easily. We had a problem with the language switcher on mobile, but the support team was very helpful and quick in fixing it. Thanks and 5 stars for that.
I work with Weglot now for around half a year and the experience is very pleasing! Especially accurate translation are in our business sector very important and Weglot delivers! I would like to highlight also the excellent support!!
I've been using Weglot to translate my Shopify website, and the experience has been excellent. The support team was incredibly helpful and responsive when I faced a minor issue with the Quick View in a new theme. They resolved it quickly, and everything works perfectly now. Weglot is the perfect solution for us. On the one hand, the translations are really very good, and on the other, the setup is also suitable for beginners. If problems arise, the really competent support is very quick to help solve the problem. Languages can be added or removed quickly. Likewise, all parts of the website can be easily translated without any programming knowledge. We have already tested other solutions, but have clearly decided on Weglot. Quality is a crucial aspect for us. Here, too, a special thank you to the support team!

Support helped me very good when we launched our new website / new version. We went live and they deleted all old content. So we could easily add all new translations. This way we could even downgrade our yearly plan. And cleaned the amount of translated words in weglot.
