Support helped me very good when we launched our new website / new version. We went live and they deleted all old content. So we could easily add all new translations. This way we could even downgrade our yearly plan. And cleaned the amount of translated words in weglot.

I almost put 4 stars because of the price. But my website in english is ranking after translating in DE and FR and is very worth it for me. Plus the customer service is very very good.

Since I am not a technical person, I didn’t know how to perform the system updates. Although I was generally satisfied with Weglot’s translation service, I was almost going to cancel the system since I got stuck with error messages. However, thanks to the clear instructions from Nahomy at the help desk, which I could easily understand, I was able to make all the updates and get it working ...
Weglot is easy to use and makes translating your website super convenient. The customer support was also very helpful, supporting me with a minor issue I wasn't able to fix myself. :-)
