Alexis is so helpful and always gives me super fast replies! Since I'm translating two different apps, there were some areas that weren't translated in between, but the support staff always responded appropriately and solved the problem almost completely.

The application works quite well overall but beware, the creation of subdirectories is still in beta test. Basically the application creates subdomains.
Even by increasing my package I had translations that were not done.
Last point, you can only translate your urls if you have a business package at 210€ / month and if you use subdomains... unfortunately.

i used this app when i needed it.. it was bugging due to some other app at first but the team got it sorted for me real quick.. very helpful and nice

WOW, I JUST LOVE THIS APP!!! I was about to Change Shopify to Magento because I could not find a good solution to translate my page although I tested several apps. But this one kicked in! What Can I say? My conversion rate went high a few minutes of after installing this precious app. I even made my first sale to Japan thank to them :D And another thing: the customer support is top notch!

If you expect to do some ads in your website prepare to upgrade plan cause it has limit page views, thats lame. You pay for more page views or they gonna block their translated pages. Youve for free 5.000 visits which its basically nothing, already did 200 checking my own page translations errors

The app works differently from Shopify's language setting, making it a little bit difficult for people like me with barely any coding skill, and requires more time at beginning to figure out how does it work. I'm still rating it at least 4 stars partly because of the assistance from Albane, one of their support team members. With his patience and efforts, a lot of issues were solved, and I also kind had a quick tutorial from him about how to setup the app in the way I want. I would really want to rate it a 4.5 because I think it's still kind pricey based on how the app calculate the words being translated. Overall it's a good app.

The app is easy for a semi literate IT person like me to both install and use. Also, customer support was awesome, I wanted an American flag icon for the English button, and they sent me simple code and directions to add

Customer support answers to questions with no time and UI of App is beautiful. Only minus of the App is that I can't do translations during development with Visual editor when the Store is password secured.

Application chère et qui vous oblige à monter systématiquement en forfait. Il vous compte les mots que vous traduisez vous même dans le forfait!
Je viens de changer à Langify et j'en suis très contente (17euros par mois).
Sinon j'ai hésité avec la nouvelle application de Shopify est gratuite (translate and adapt) et à priori marche très bien.
