Weglot ‑ Translate Your Store

As we just started to use Weglot app to reach out more customers, we find it a great and reliable helping tool. The customer service is more than excellent! Thank you to all the team!

I'm loving it! I had some minor issues and the costumer service was great: friendly and effective. I'm very excited to use this awesome tool.

Extremely disappointed. SEO translations work bad, Media translations do not work at all. So at first everything looks kinda OK. But when you deep into it, you realize how bad the whole situation is. First -- SEO translation. You can translate meta tags, but it is really hard to find them in the list, and when you try to go page by page, it simply does not work. If your website has more than 10 pages, you will struggle. Next. This app advertises it has a media translation function. While I can confirm there is a button for this, I cannot confirm this function works. In my case it simply does not do anything. After 2 weeks of endless talks with support, I received a message that the issue is too complex for them to solve and that is because of the Shopify theme. I mean...well...why there is nothing written about it? Like "Function X works only with themes X, Y and Z". And the support reps aren't exactly the fastest in terms of responsiveness and helpfulness. Decide on your own, in my case this app was a waste of money and an extreme waste of time.

I dowloaded the app a few days ago and I love it! It is so easy to install and very efficient. I had one small request and the support team replied to me in a few minutes, AMAZING SERVICE! Love it, love it, love it.

I love everything about this app! The integration is fast and easy, if we had any questions, the support came up with a solution within minutes and was super friendly (btw, thanks for your help Christophe!).
The automated translations from German to English and French are almost flawless and with the visual editor, everyone in our team can make changes now. Keep up the good work!

The subscription method based on visits per month does not make sense and is practically blackmail (you reached too many users this month, upgrade your plan or I turn off translations till next month); definitely too expensive for what it does. Exception handling and SEO are very bad

I installed this app for translating my web into italian. The automatic translation was actually great, i had to make a few manual adjustments mainly for the product names. The whole app is super well organized and easy to follow through. What i found particularly amazing is the customer support. There are a few coding things you must do and im not familiar with coding but nonetheless i was able to manage everything together with the customer support service. Highly recommend it. Satisfying experience so far. Great job!

Very nice interface, Max from customer support is very helpful and on hand, all the time :) will try some manual translations soon but for now the automatic one's work just fine! Tried a few different apps for translations this one is the best and best bang for your buck as well as excellent support!
