Good app, interesting to have the store translated immediately. Good customer service when you are an active user. But with an important problem: If you do a lot of dynamic translation, it slows down the page speed a lot without any other solution from the technical support than to delete dynamic translation requests. That has been the main reason for me to switch to another app taking advantage of the change of my store from Debut to Dawn theme and the launch of Markets in Shopify 2.0. The main task: I had to go from a subdomain using Weglot es.xxx.com to a subdirectory using Shopify xxx.com/es (with the entire store translated again with Translation Lab) and that means, if it is not done correctly, a shower of 404 errors apart from the loss in SEO positioning for the same reason. That meant looking for a solution to do 301 redirects because in my case I was never going to use the es.xxx.com subdomain again. It was just then that Weglot tech support told me they couldn't help anymore... I can come to understand it if you're going to abandon them. I found the solution in the Shopify community: Before deleting anything, you have to register a hosting with SSL with the es.xxx.com subdomain and redirect from there. This app clearly exceeds my expectations. It's doesn't impact your website's performances (in terms of speed), the translations are very accurate even for very specific colloquial expressions.
And the customer support is very available, and always gives the answers in record time!
In my opinion, Weglot translate is really a must-have for any international Shopify shop.

Awesome app. Very quick translating. Of course, you want to run over the text to make it your own, but only slight adjustments need to be made. Great and proactive customer service. (Needed to know how to have newly added pages translated. - great support.)

I tried several apps and this one is the best by far. And their customer support service is amazing.

I am still on a trial mode, but for sure will upgrade, as already needed the support and it was very prompt. I had only two languages so far from portugese to english and it sounds perfect ;) I recommend!

Definitely the best help service i've received since i joined shopify. The app is really intuitive and easy to be use. But don't worry if you are in trouble with something you just need to write an email and the help service will help you in the best way. A special thanks to Marie.
