I've tried many whatsapp api's, but so far, WATI has been the most robust tech i've ever tried.
Platform is good.
i tried it on trial but i must say it has made my life easy when confirming orders.

We have used Wati for the last 7 months and it's an amazing tool for WhatsApp, probably the best one.
The WATI Business WhatsApp API has some great features, such as automated messaging. However, the main issue we've faced is the slow customer support. When problems arise, we need quick help, but the response times have been disappointing. While the platform works well overall, the lack of fast support means it doesn't fully meet our needs.
