Straight forward with prompt customer service, I only wished for few more options and it will then be number ONE. The application is extremely easy to use and setup was done in hours not even days.

The Actual Charges comes across 54$ per month Plus the Fee of WhatsApp Messages , but its worth it . The Automation has help us to reduce the customer care representatives , and also help is 24*7 automated instant reply which has increased in customer trust . Messages are instant and works great !
There should be Quarterly Plans to reduce the monthly fee !

Amazing app, We use it with WATI CRM. Overnight our customer service became professional. We just hope to add a COD Confirmation in automatic messages, then it will be the perfect app for us
