The WATI Business WhatsApp API has some great features, such as automated messaging. However, the main issue we've faced is the slow customer support. When problems arise, we need quick help, but the response times have been disappointing. While the platform works well overall, the lack of fast support means it doesn't fully meet our needs.

Wati has significantly enhanced how we manage customer interactions through WhatsApp. The multi-agent support, ease of integration, and broadcast capabilities are standout features that have streamlined our processes. While there’s room for improvement in chatbot customization and pricing, the platform is undoubtedly a solid investment for businesses looking to optimize their communication strategy.
Wati is useful for setting up automated playbooks and communicating with customers on Whatsapp. I don't like that I can't react to messages with emoji like I can on regular Whatsapp app. But otherwise it does the job for me.
Works great. Easy setup and definitely a great way to keep customers engaged.
