Excellent WhatsApp Automation Tool for D2C Businesses!
We've been using WATI for several months now, and it has completely streamlined our customer communication. From automated order updates to personalized campaigns, the platform is super intuitive and packed with features.
Support is quick and helpful, and setting up flows was much easier than expected. It's a must-have tool if you're serious about scaling your WhatsApp communication!

We’ve been working with Wati for over three years now, and they have made significant improvements in their functionalities. They have understood the needs of agents and companies to create an effective and easy-to-use chatbot. Wati offers key features that are stable, user-friendly, and scalable, including an intuitive bot builder and comprehensive API documentation. As of now they are working AI functionalities, and offer everything else. Useful for small to big companies from basic to advance chatbots. Their support team is ok but given the difference in time zone, its sometimes slow on the replays. WHen i say slow, i mean 1 to 3 days but they usually replay.

I've been using Wati since 2021, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The quick integration with Shopify and my CRM has really helped boost our abandoned cart conversions.

Creating templates and chatbots is super straightforward thanks to Wati’s user-friendly interface. I love how you can preview templates while working in the backend, making the chatbot creation process smooth and customizable. There are plenty of options to tailor the chat flow, which is a huge plus!

At The Revolver Club, Wati has been a game-changer for our e-commerce operations. The easy integration with Shopify has allowed us to manage customer interactions with ease.

We've particularly appreciated the ability to quickly respond to customer inquiries and follow up with those who have abandoned their carts. The automated messaging and broadcast options have been fantastic in keeping our customers informed about promotions and new arrivals, events & news.

The support team is also very responsive.

As a beginner, I recommend this app for WhatsApp Marketing because it's easy to use and integrates seamlessly with your Shopify store. One of the best features is the predefined templates offered by WATI, which work well and require minimal adjustments. The chatbot is also effective, though it could benefit from some optimization improvements, as it can take a bit of time to load on your store.
