This App has really helped a lot with regards to automated responses from Shopify directly to WhatsApp. We have experienced a better link with our customers in that they get immediate feedback as well as an easy opportunity to give feedback to us. The best part of the service is their continued support and attention to solving issues we encounter as fast and to the best of their capabilities. Definitely worth it!

I'm happy with Wati! Now the abandoned cart in my store is fewer than before.
They helped me with the onboarding process and answer my question.
Looking forward with more improvement.

Was looking for a good app for customer retention and reach out. Found Wati at the right time, All the features are amazing. Especially the support, one of the best support systems I've seen for any service provider in a while.
