This app is great for sending promotional offers and abandoned cart recovery messages to your customers
I am new to Shopify and I have to tell you, this app is a MUST. It is so simple if you are a tech dunce like me, and yet so fast and effective. I messaged the support team and they got back in a flash. I wish we had more apps from HelpNinja soon. Don't waste your money on paid apps, this will do your job for free!

I am really surprised with this app, didnt know what to expect from it before installing because it is free. The settings are pretty simple and you instantly get a whatsapp contact on your store. And the abandoned cart tool is great, you can send whatsapps directly to customers that started shopping but dindt completed an order. It is pretty awesome because here in Mexico, whatsapp is the most common way of contact. Thanks!
