Great App and exemplary customer service. They're always available to answer questions and support. Recovered several carts. After the IOS 14 updates and the decline in the performance of the facebook campaigns, WhatsApp seems to be a more effective touch point with our customers. I just hope they had the broadcast feature in the VIP package.

I use this app to help me improove my store conversion. It works fine so far for the individual messages, now i am starting to test the automation as well. The staff is very helpfull and readdy guide you on what you need. Good work guys!

I am new to Shopify and I have to tell you, this app is a MUST. It is so simple if you are a tech dunce like me, and yet so fast and effective. I messaged the support team and they got back in a flash. I wish we had more apps from HelpNinja soon. Don't waste your money on paid apps, this will do your job for free!
