Interakt ‑ WhatsApp Marketing

Abandoned Cart Notification campaign that is supposed to nurture the prospects who leave their cart doesn't work. I have raised ticket with interakt support since 14.02.2023 and Interakt is not able to resolve the problem. Moreover, they have even stopped responding to my communications now.

Once the customer creates a cart, the message to checkout on shopify store is also not getting triggered.

All in all, It has a lot of bugs/glitches in terms of its functionality which their team also struggles to resolve. Only email support is available and their response time is extremely uncertain. The UI is very very poor!!

Interakt platform has changed the way we communicate with our customers cost effective way. Our customers have more trust in our brand now with introduction of the platform. siddharth is quick to respond to our queries. I hope the platform evolves

catalog setup was easy and personally liked the COD confirmation feature.
Customer service is good and app is user friendly

In spite of subscribing this app no proper customer service from their end, when asked for call back they are denying it but got calls before subscription.

if u dont want to lose hairs don't download this app, will just make you nervous asaf, almost everything seems to not work, price charge not specified. 0.0001 cent per messages i only use cod confirmation without texting with costumers and now i see that im -7 dollars for some reason. not able to understan why this -7, campaign stops to send messages and now im fked have to write all confirmation one per one

Mr Rupak has helped a lot in installation process and solved all queries. Till now finding app very useful.

I am from Skyborn after installing this app it didn't help me my money has lasted My manager is Siddesh no one can help me to give so much money no support and my WhatsApp account is also closed After installing this app

very bad service , i switch to plan for automated messages but its not working , and their support system is very bad , i am trying to contact with them from past 5 days but they are only mail me some points which is not working to solve the issue , and also billing is started that means i paying them daily for doing nothing , its a disgusting , if you think , this is a fake review then contact me 8386925871 , i am open to save you from this fraud company
