The app is very slow it's constantly crashing and not working correctly it was a waste taking the subscription

In spite of subscribing this app no proper customer service from their end, when asked for call back they are denying it but got calls before subscription.

We have used Interakt for the last 4 months that the store has been live. Interakt offers easy integration and a communication interface that's easy to use. My teammates have used the app for other stores built on Woocommerce as well. The team is quick with support and thorough in providing help. The app lacks features around taking orders online on whatsapp, and managing chat labels efficiently (you can't analyse the number of conversations by labels, for example). This is the reason why my rating is a 4-star instead of 5. Looking forward to more meaningful updates in the future.

The team has already contacted me, and they are being very supporting and them are fixing the issue im having with Facebook.

Abandoned Cart Notification campaign that is supposed to nurture the prospects who leave their cart doesn't work. I have raised ticket with interakt support since 14.02.2023 and Interakt is not able to resolve the problem. Moreover, they have even stopped responding to my communications now.

Once the customer creates a cart, the message to checkout on shopify store is also not getting triggered.

All in all, It has a lot of bugs/glitches in terms of its functionality which their team also struggles to resolve. Only email support is available and their response time is extremely uncertain. The UI is very very poor!!

if u dont want to lose hairs don't download this app, will just make you nervous asaf, almost everything seems to not work, price charge not specified. 0.0001 cent per messages i only use cod confirmation without texting with costumers and now i see that im -7 dollars for some reason. not able to understan why this -7, campaign stops to send messages and now im fked have to write all confirmation one per one
