Loved the app and the support. :) This is the best Whatsapp app for e-commerce companies like ours. They have all the features that we needed and in case we need something new, they build it in a jiffy! Pricing is also very reasonable, compared to other apps and I guess they are the only ones who charge you exactly what Whatsapp charges them for broadcast messages. interakt is the best app for WhatsApp marketing. the integration with Shopify store is seamless. the catalogue feature is very helpful customers can easily scroll thru all the products.

Ensure that your Facebook Business Manager account is verified before you sign up. It's a mandate if you want to use WhatsApp Business API product. They will surely help with getting templates approved , and setting up your campaigns . Amazing Customer Support .
