Awesome app & great customer support! Can only recommend it! I have tried a lot of similar apps and finally decided to go this one. Very nice!
A good app. Certain things are missing/not working
1. User access- there's only one login. Cant give team members access to this via separate/exclusive login.
2. Support not available. Email support link is not working
Hi, we reached out to on email & WhatsApp. We have asked to share screenshot or error message that you faced when trying to contact us.
You have not replied to us, you have also not shared any information to help us solve the problem.
Please - we need your help otherwise how will we fix an issue that we are not able to see?

Mi ha aiutato a recuperare molti carrelli abbandonati, certo è un po' costosa ma automatizza molto e questo mi fa anche risparmiare tempo.
I used the app and it let me be in touch with my clients when they have any doubt about our page. Its simply amazing
No tiene soporte, deberían tener soporte inmediato por whatsapp, pero los correos que responden tienen una respuesta muy demorada y no resuelven ninguna duda. Deberían tener un buen soporte, ya que los recargos por mensajes enviados son altos, y eso que es adicional a la suscripción. Buscaré otras opciones.
