The app is the best WhatsApp integration I found and their support is responsive and very helpful indeed. I tried the others and this is definitely for me the best.
this is one of those apps that actually does what it says it does and does it really well, if you want a free whatsapp button you get that with no issues, also you can set it up in a whole range of diffferent ways and it has a lot of interesting options to grow with your store.
Su servicio al cliente y soporte es pésimo, tengan mucho cuidado si quieren personalizar sus mensajes o campañas porque se tardan mucho o no les van a responder. no lo recomiendo.
