I have been using this app from first release. I have see the team develop it over time and they have done an amazing job. Whenever I have had questions, issues or suggestions they (particularly Preetam) has been super quick and responding and resolving. It has helped me especially to try win back abandoned checkouts through messaging potential customers through whatsapp offering discounts. Also the whatsapp chat feature is great. A good app. Certain things are missing/not working
1. User access- there's only one login. Cant give team members access to this via separate/exclusive login.
2. Support not available. Email support link is not working
