This new look is not user friendly. I can't recover most flof my abandoned carts. I really hate working with this app now I enjoyed the last one. This doesn't fit into my phone screen at all. I can't see the customer details. It's really not user friendly at all

Worst customer service PATHETIC, even though you choose the Ultimate plan which says "priority customer service" they don't reply with a proper response. Our issue is still in a pending state.

This app every time is losing the most important, the support. Now doesn´t exist a support chat and not offer solution for some issues after update app is showing

no customer support previously it was good, but now it is owned by GUPSHUP and they are not intrested in customer services.

They have received so many negative reviews recently and no one from their team still bothers to reply to the emails we all are sending, This is totally unprofessional and very very bad for the business, You changed the UI for no reason if your numbers and templates were approved with whatsapp api than i don't think you there is any need to change everything which was actually good and many people were using their service. PS Don't bother to reply with your copy paste statement which you guys are doing since this change.

Massive drop in abandoned cart recovery from 15% to 3 & 5%. Looks like none of the messages are being sent but charged per message as per their fees. Poor experience since the founders have left. Not at all happy with the product now. Why are you guys charging fees for Transactions when 70% of the message don't even reach the customers? It is unrealistic to realize a 60-70% Drop in abandoned cart recovery. FAILED APPLICATION, GUPSHUP Acquisition has made it worse. Namesake UNICORN the company is.
it really helps my brand to be trsuted whe customers can connect with us directly on one tap. It is super easy. Update:
I was planning on taking their paid subscription for WhatsApp API, but there support is so bad, they never reply on time, even after telling them its urgent. I lost on my business due to their slow replies, and not sure will I ever get it. Definately not recommended for paid subscriptions...!!!
Edit: I used the paid version for over 1.5 years and had 5 starred. Since the team changed this app has been horrible and the support abysmal. Example1: they updated my stores to a beta version, injecting non-functional pop-ups and thank you page widgets that YOU CANNOT DISABLE. Lol. Example2: Support took 4 months to reply and fix a simple issue we had with the app on tablets. I'm done with this buggy app and unresponsive, copy-pasting, unhelpful support.
