What happened? You can´t send direct whatsapps to the abandoned carts anymore.
That was the best of the app, to bad it doesn´t have that function anymore.

The app is amazing its only a bummer that there is no Dutch option on it for automatic whatsapp messages

WORST APP and THE WORST customer service. No one cares in this company and does not even bother replying or acknowledging an email. I would like to unsubscribe and please HELP me for the same and at least take an initiate now to reply.

With the automated message of Superlemon, it makes managing customer support at ease. I also like how I am able to use it in desktop with the chrome extension feature.

Be careful, they display false analytics to make it seem like your cart recovery is a lot higher than it actually is. 90% of the carts claimed as 'recovered' by the app haven't even been sent a Whatsapp message (Message log shows - Failed: Number not on WhatsApp)

If the message was never sent, the app should not be showing it is recovered by them. When i brought it up to support they just said they would look into it but never got back to me about it.

Utilicé la versión anterior y era mucho mejor que esta en cuando al objetivo del servicio. Esta nueva versión tiene mucho errores. Las plantillas no cargan. Los pedidos de días anteriores no cargan. Hay clientes que no se reflejan en el listado de la extensión de chrome y hay que usar el enlace manual de WhatsappWeb para agregar el número de teléfono en el enlace y poder contactar. Se pierde más tiempo. No la recomiendo hasta que arreglen los errores de la nueva versión. Por favor, arreglen estos errores para poder utilizar el servicio con eficacia. Gracias
