Muy mala aplicación, no se pueden modificar las plantillas y algunas solo están disponibles en ingles. no se puede personalizar nada.

The lack of support is truly unbelievable. All I ask is that the close button on the chat widget be fixed. I have followed up 3 times without any response.

Worst customer service and support. The API does not work and its Blocks your number from WhatsApp. Sent 5 emails and none comes back to you.

Horrible. Unable to disable automated messages from sending. I would ultimately like to close my account with this app but I'm starting to think that isn't even an option. All contact/email links take me to a blank screen. How does this app have such a high rating? This is ridiculous!!!!!

BUYER BEAWARE***** They hid their fee in the minimized text you could be charged up to $5000 a month. I made a mistake of installing it by lookin at their reviews I now know they are fake. They wouldn't even get back to me to set up the app even I signed on their monthly subscription plan then I noticed they are charging me one by one for the app it not even set up yet. Stay AWAY AT ALL COST
