Amazing app! Congratulation guys!! It works efficiently, i did not have troubles and it was so easy to set up.
Customer support is PATHETIC. They recently changed their UI and they have removed many good functionalities which were available earlier. When we reached out to customer support to help us figure things out so that we can continue BAU, no one has responded from there team even after repeated follow ups. I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE.

Worst Customer Service EVER! The app is good, but some things aren't working and the support isn't helpful. Only e-mail and they can take days to reply us (with no solution). Too bad... because the idea is really good.
Ha funcionado todo excelente, la app es fácil de configurar y responden correctamente el servicio al cliente. Ah! Está disponible también para usar en español.
Muito bom, acredito que só pelo fato de oferecer conteúdo gratuito que realmente agrega valor e ajuda já faz uma grande diferença, estão de parabéns, acredito que toda intenção de ajuda é valida
Great App, The dev team was super helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs customer support on their store.
La aplicación funcionaba perfecto hasta que lanzaron la versión beta.
La usaba para recuperar carritos enviando mensajes manuales, pero la version beta ya no tiene esta opcion. Me comunico al email de soporte support@superlemon.xyz y mis emails rebotan, dice que la direccion no existe.
