parou de funcionar, nao leva mais o cliente para o whatspp direto, quando clica no icone do whatsapp abre uma janela de chat mas nao joga para o whatsapp.

Old version was great.
The new version is garbage for small businesses.
They changed the app to be suitable only for large businesses despite most Shopify customers are small businesses.

They abandon customer support, no replies, chat button does not work from mobile safari and mozilla. Terrible experience!

Hi. I am really enjoying using your app. Interesting to see lot of new features being introduced which are adding to the value being offered. I would like to see a feature of sending "Direct Whatsapp Message to Multiple Customers". I know of the limitations but that should be a game changer.
