Had used the app for the past year (happily), then they updated it and you can no longer send manual messages. Advised support and never received a concrete solution. Also lost all of our message templates, no advance notice that this change would delete existing templates. If you are trying to connect whatsapp to your shopify store, this is NOT the app.

Que onda con su pop up? ni siquiere lo traducen en varios idiomas, muy mala actualizacion que hicieron, decepcionado.

Connected several times for resolution of issue but getting no response. Very poor after-sales support. Not recommended

BEWARE YOU MIGHT LOOSE UR WHATSAPP ACCESS FOR EVER. Very Bad, NO proper support. Unable to use my own whatsapp to reply messages. No proper guide to install (specifically the time it takes to start using the app properly). a very bad experience. Sent a mail to the team no reply yet. so i had to unstall, but still unable to recover my whatsapp number

Not even a star if there is an option. Many functions cannot load, already emailed them for months, paying but still unable to use them. Take months to respond or even not respond. So piss off!

Superlemon Whatsapp app's free feature are very limited compared to other apps like whatsapp customer service app by Sweet help and it's free. In terms of pricing it is expensive. Not recommended for newly startups.

Customer support is PATHETIC. They recently changed their UI and they have removed many good functionalities which were available earlier. When we reached out to customer support to help us figure things out so that we can continue BAU, no one has responded from there team even after repeated follow ups. I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE.

La aplicación funcionaba perfecto hasta que lanzaron la versión beta.
La usaba para recuperar carritos enviando mensajes manuales, pero la version beta ya no tiene esta opcion. Me comunico al email de soporte support@superlemon.xyz y mis emails rebotan, dice que la direccion no existe.

I have been using Superlemon since the beginning and it was a great app. In the meantime a new team picked it up and the development and support have been HORRENDOUS. They update the app to a non-functional beta version right before Black Friday/Christmas. They automatically inject random popups and thank you page widgets that you CANNOT DISABLE. The support copy pastes the same template message regardless of your issue. For one specific problem we had on tablets, it took them 4 months to reply.
