Works great! Have not had any problems. Only thing I would suggest if you could customise the pop-up widget to make it look more on brand.
I have been using this app from first release. I have see the team develop it over time and they have done an amazing job. Whenever I have had questions, issues or suggestions they (particularly Preetam) has been super quick and responding and resolving. It has helped me especially to try win back abandoned checkouts through messaging potential customers through whatsapp offering discounts. Also the whatsapp chat feature is great. Nice built app, very intuitive. I just like to use it in spanish it would be great, apart from that everything looks great

Good news :) Our app is available in Spanish language. I have written an email to you on how to translate the app to Spanish using the in-built Google Translate widget.
