The FB messenger option is not showing in the app due to the menu not displaying correctly. The menu is not very user-friendly and buggy. Waiting for support to fix the issue.
It's a cool app! not that comfortable but it's very usefull! finally I can chat with my costumers and help them!
Acabei de baixar e ainda não utilizei, até agora parece ser satisfatório. Caso tenha realmente uma boa experienca retorno para deixar 5 estrals.

Chato demais para configurar, ficam aqueles botoes do lado sobre a pagina atrapalha muito sem falar que a pagina fica rolando sem parar e nao achei onde fixar o botao apenas no fim da pagina e nao nela toda
Este app é muito eficiente, vamos aprender mais e mais com ele fazer com que as conversões aconvteçam.
The customer service is terrible. I have contacted them vis Chat and Whatsapp and no response at all.
we rarely miss whatsapp chat. we are sorry if you faced issue. its extremely rare to miss whatsapp chat. sorry you faced issue. huge no of site use this app and this is next to impossible to install the app for everyone. as app is free we dont have much resources for help
