After encountering problems, the support team responded promptly to me. Although I don't know which aspect of the problem occurred, I got a response within a day. This experience is good!
Why the app forces me to rate it first before I use it:/ This is really absurd that I have to write 100 characters of a review to endorse it. Its unfair.
