It's fairly good for a free app -- but what would make it especially useful, would be putting the most recent messages at the top of the live chat, rather than forcing you to scroll endlessly, looking to see if anyone new has contacted you.
we are looking into this issue. we are new in live chat and we expect some bugs. thanks for reporting. you can directly chat with us through whatsapp also given in app dashboard
App seems to work great, but really hard to look through all of the settings because there are so many requests EVERYWHERE to leave a customer review, really distracting

No option for just a Whatsapp button with automatic redirection to Whatsapp chat.
I wish you would add an option for that, not all stores need a bot.
11 types of chat is thew. One is direct chat choose that and hit save. Apart from hat remember mobile and desktop option are different. So make sure for both mobile and desktop u choose direct chat.
I have not experienced any hiccups in the app. I like it first its easy to customize and its free to use.
La app es buena, solo que hace unos días está solicitando "actualizar" (dando a entender que es una actualización de la aplicación) doy clic en actualizar, y me envía a COMPRAR la aplicación. No se si será un error de traducción de la app, pero me parece incorrecta la información entregada, ya que la app en todas partes indica ser "100% gratis para siempre" .. fuera de eso, si quieren ofrecer opciones adicionales a la aplicación y cobrar por ello, me parece perfecto; pero no engañar o indicar "actualizar urgentemente porque la versión instalada es muy antigua" cuando en realidad lo que quieren es vender es "características adicionales"

Tentando acertar, configuração um pouco complexa. Poderia ser mais simples para configurar, ajudaria muito.

Não consegui fazer funcionar devido algumas restrições no plano da Shopify. Vou corrigir alguns problemas e a seguir retorno para nova avaliação.
