the app is not working properly, some customers were able to send me messages, some did not. and customer service, to say the least rude and non-resolving. bye Bye

Confusing, still trying to make my way around it and the request to rate is keep popping up. Not helpful. Let us do the setup properly first then you can ask for rating, then we can give you meaningful feedback as opposed to annoying rating just for the sake of your rating number.
SCAM I paid 4 bucks and its not working horrible app its a SCAM
no puedo calificar algo que no he usado todavía, no veo el apuro por que los califiquen. Además me obligan a escribir los caracteres que Uds. quieren, no los voy a calificar bien simplemente porque no he usado su aplicación.

I only had this app 24 hours, and they stole me my money. Before to pay to Shopify and I desactived recovery cart, but they said that app sent a lot of messages. So the app has problems to obey new instrucctions. Stole me with their app. Take care.
chat is free, 100% and abandoned cart features are optional. even we give 0.5$ test credit where you are not being charged. you paid 4.99$ and used 7.2$. we have even shared all contacts where you sent the messages. these messages are not free. whatsapp charges for automated messages to stop spam and in no way they will refund us once we consume. so there is no way we can refund as the cost is third party cost and once used its real cost to us.
Te pide puntuar antes de usar entonces por ello una estrella, de primera instancia te cuesta mucho configurar, es mas aun no se si ya lo tengo configurado correctamente
je viens de payer votre application et je ne comprends rien de la configuration de cette application... j'aimerai avoir un remboursement parce ce que je n'ai même pas utiliser. l'interface est très difficile en configurer...veuillez me rembourser svp. cordialement
I was happy to find a budget friendly tool.. and then i contacted support to understand how a small feature works.. they charged me 15000 INR just to provide the support.. i told them i can afford to pay 3000-4000 INR.. they denied.. why will a person come to a shitty interface app to spend 15k inr just to get their support.. why wont the person simply use Wati and Interakt? Pushdaddy guys seem to be scammers.. also, their customer reviews seem to be fake purchased.. because why will so many people leave such great reviews for high charging poor support poor interface tool..
