Very easy to setup. Looks great after the custom settings.
And it works! That is great.
We missed something in the settings. After a short question at the developers, they responded an added a custom item for us.

It's difficult to edit the chat box. Almost next to impossible. But interface is great and once connected well, it works like a breeze.
