First of all, we're very sorry to see you go, but we know the app may not work for everyone.
Regarding your questions, unfortunately, you have to upgrade your plan to Premium to see the reports feature. Because your plan is Free, so you could not see the reports.

The app is great, however I want the Facebook widget to work right inside the app pane instead of opening in a new window.
Also, i want to customize the widget more, i want to make the widget size bigger on mobile, the distance from the bottom increases to 150.
Because there are channels that only work on mobile but not on desktop (eg: Phone, SMS...), so I want each channel to have the option to watch on mobile or desktop or both.

I think this app is a great addition to my store. Everyone should add this app in their stores, they wont regret it. It will allow customers to share my store and also communicate with me in the available channels.
