Its very helpfull to chat with customers .
The app is great, however I want the Facebook widget to work right inside the app pane instead of opening in a new window.
Also, i want to customize the widget more, i want to make the widget size bigger on mobile, the distance from the bottom increases to 150.
Because there are channels that only work on mobile but not on desktop (eg: Phone, SMS...), so I want each channel to have the option to ...
Easy enough to set up. Able to add multiple channels as well. Altho using Instagram simply direct users to the instagram profile
nice work on the app. now I can get in touch with my clients more easily. Hope I can make a difference between privat and business chat sometime
It´s great, it does exactly what my boss want. Two minimun issues are that our site is in spanish, so I wish we could personalize the "chat with us" alt text and the head of the message box that is in english.

Relatively easy to set up. Does exactly what is described. Opens up another way of communication with our customers.
