Tive uma má experiência, eu nunca assinei o plano premium, nem mesmo uso em minha loja, e foram efetuadas duas cobranças. Agora, estou tentando cancelar o plano e não consigo, o app pede para migrar para uma nova versão porque o conteúdo da página está bloqueado, eu clico para migrar e nada acontece. Já tentei diversas vezes.

It seems you haven't contacted us for support so we can address your issue adequately.

Also, please read these 3 points:
1. Our team is always happy to refund if the app doesn't meet your requirements or you don't like the Pro version.
2. From the app's history, you started the Pro version on July 19, 2024. It was 4 months, you have been charged 4 times. So, that was not a double charge.
3. Our app is regularly updated to meet Shopify requirements and latest web technologies. We always advise the users to update the app to the newest version to ensure compatibility.

If you want a refund, can you chat with us so we can resolve your issue, please?

Al pasar de los dias cambian el link de whatsapp y los dirige a estafadores. NO la usen por nada del mundo!

The app redirected my customers to another number! Even removed and added the number again didn’t fix the issue! Waste for me the ads iam running

SCAM ALERT GUYS!!!!! NEVER USE THIS APP UNLESS YOUR WANT YOUR PRIVACY GONE!!!!!

Absolutely the worst app for Whatsapp it literally didn't want to be removed from my website even after I removed the app from my store. My website was still showing up their pathetic whatsapp chat widget.. and I had to remove it manually as they already added code into my template.liquid file without my permission. Never ever trust them guys am sure they will steal your data too if we use this.

Uninstalling the app takes only 2 steps: Deactivate and Delete it.
This should remove all the app scripts from your store.
Even if you accidentally delete it without deactivating it, our team is always here to help you!
