The support is excellent. We are very happy with the features of the app and their quick responses if faced with an issue.
Great support team, always just a call away.
Must have for WhatsApp commerce, very useful tool for order notifications to customers.
The catalog connected easily with the platform. Seems to be a good feature but there is one disadvantage- you could only send 300 products to your customers at once and not more than that. A major disappointment from Whatsapp
The initial setup takes a bit of time. But over it seems to be worth it. The app could incorporate more features though.
Dear Haptic team, If you are not able to provide support services to customer than tell me i can move to other service provider. Your Customer support system is very bad and irritating.
It is such a horrible app, the primary purpose I took this app is to abandon cart, and since Aug 20,
the abandoned cart didn't work, I sent multiple emails and no response, after 10 days they came back saying,
it is because of the one-click check I have installed on my website and they asked 4 days time to resolve the same, and the 4th day the CS analyst Vivek dodged the calls and emails, and the sales person Rahul did not have any person to escalate inside apart from Vivek
I have been asking to cancel and refund if they cannot rectify this for last 10 days and nobody has responded, it such poor service and poor app
According to the person Rahul, as per the policy, no refund can be done and we need to use the app whether it works or not
Such a terrible service and a useless app. I have lost my patience, very unprofessional people, never gets back to the client, it is always, we need to remind them that we have raised an issue and they dint get back to us, they will remember only when we remind.
Good customer support and reasonable pricing. Takes some time to get used to the UI but once the setup is done, its good to go.
INTERAKT is not Facebook/Meta. Please be adviced that this is an unprofessional Indian company working on behalf of them.
The system has several bugs, problems. This is unnacceptable when it comes to a Whatsapp API, one of the most important aspects of a business in today's world.
The team does not respond to our doubts via email. They have ignored and stoped responding after 2 weeks of use. We have several emails that have not been attended. The same goes for their Whats App service, they never respond and only work during Indian Hours. Which is unnacceptable for a worlwide service provider.
Their agents are not capable of helping, they need to write down the doubts and go to the programer. It does not work as they do not speak english properly and there are several missunderstandings.
Last, they have missed scheduled appointments. It was at 7am for us and they did not show up.
We have evidence of all this. If this were a provider of any app then we would not complain. As a big company we are not used to deal with such unprofessional behaviour. We expected more due that it is part of the Facebook/Meta family.
It is quit sad that FB invested in this type of company instead of devoloping the project bythemselves and avoid problems.
