The support was a bit delayed but everything is sorted now. The account setup was quick and the campaigns and catalogue features work well.

Great customer service. Easy to use and I like that they have many templates available in their library which are ready to use.

The application works well and lists Shopify collections easily on Interakt. Catalog is quite an useful feature to promote the products on Whatsapp. Looking for more features.
