Nice and easy to use app. I used the free version which allowed max 2 forms of messaging. It is easy to install and set up as well. Would be nice to be able to place the app at the top as well since at the bottom it may not be very visible.
This is really a nice and simple chat app. It's not over-bearing on your website and seems to do exactly as it's supposed to!
