This app works like a charm! We've been collecting emails like crazy since we installed it and we also made many additional sales thanks to the coupons we offer on the wheel. Also I've got to say the guy really thought it through as it sync with Recart to collect as many emails as possible to send email campaigns to recover carts (we recovered over 6000€ in sales in the last 30 days) and it also allows you to add a checkbox to add emails to mailchimp. Really really professional! Works like a charm for us! Very easy to install and customize!

I've tried several apps which claim to get you the emails, make customers happy and increase conversion rate. No matter they are pop ups, banners, or send you cart to your email box. All shabby.

Only THIS app make my customers willingly hand out their emails. And I have total control of how, when and where I want to hand out coupons ( pc and mobile handled separately).

Most importantly, the whole installation and customization process is FLAWLESS. My store face non-English market, lots of crappy apps out there don't support non-English language, or only partially. Seriously, there is no half-is-better-than-zero thing. Not this app. You can customize/translate every single phrase of this app, which is extremely important for me.

Great app, great customer service. Really helped me when I needed it! I had an issue with my theme caused by another app and they took the time to look into it even though they really didn't have to.

Great app, but a bit expensive. would've loved a cheaper plan for non seasonal months that could help cater to SMBs

I just installed the app so I can't talk about performance yet, but so far it's really easy to install and they have a great customer service. Karlo helped me with a couple of questions via chat quickly.

Very happy with the performance which is currently coming in around 10% signup rate. Still experimenting with a few settings to find the balance between conversions and annoyance. The support has been very good mid week. The integration with Klaviyo is very good but documentation on tailoring and filtering an email campaign is a little light, but once I figured out how the profiles were coming through and with what data, I could figure out what to do. Needed to go live to properly test it though as some functionality isn’t available in the preview mode. Advise to test in a low traffic time. Colour customizations brought the look into our website seemlessly. The documentation for some functions is absent and is the one thing that could be improved. But as I said, the support is excellent so makes up for that.
UPDATE (14thOct2023): Support is really next level. All questions are answered and they are very patient and helpful.
