Very good app, help with conversion and add a nice Christmas touch to our store. Had some issue with my theme and it was quickly fixed. Awesome staff!
This app looks and works really well and it increases sales - a no-brainier. Plus the support is second to none.
Advantages: It did close some deals. Disadvantages:
(i)Some consumers start to use different fake emails just to get the best coupons. We therefore collected junk emails in our database. (ii)We didn't use it every month, because we want to create different programs to motivate consumers. However, we still have to pay monthly fee even when the app is spared.
Great app! Very happy overall. They seem to be constantly working on the product and adding new features. Customer service is also very responsive
