We moved from Malomo and have been on Wonderment for a year+. Wonderment offers tracking page customization (more revenue!) and also tells us proactively when orders are delayed by shipping carriers. Their service has been phenomenal (thanks Jess!) and our customers are happy. Set up and onboarding was fast and eas. Love the Klaviyo integration. This is a no brainer app for any e-commerce store.

Great to have a dashboard and reporting to surface problems with carriers and operations. Love having a tracking page on the store for customers to see status. Using the Klaviyo integration to segment customers as well. Super helpful team made getting set up a breeze!
We've been live with Wonderment for just over a month and it has rapidly become one of the most valuable assets in our tech stack. Not only did we see nearly immediate incremental revenue, but we also improved our customer experience dramatically. The advanced reporting allows us to keep FedEx honest and ensure they're delivering on the service levels we've purchased. In addition, the integration with Klaviyo means we can A/B test subject lines and creative to optimize performance. Lastly, the team, the team, the team. If you are building a BRAND you need to use Wonderment. It integrates perfectly with Klaviyo + it adds triggers beyond what Shopify would send by default. Imagine all you can build once you have those triggers on Klaviyo. And you get a branded tracking page to send your customers to. The team at Wonderment is super responsive and friendly, they'll help you every step of the way.

This is the best app for value on the App Store. They help you with onboarding and the app does exactly what you need as far as tracking pages and customer emails.
I’m leaving this review after a particularly great experience where I asked for a feature request on Twitter and the founder responded, built the feature, and launched it within 48 hours.
Wonderment has given us a good insight into orders that are being delayed in shipping and the tools to be more proactive with our customers.
I would give 5 Stars if the reporting was more intuitive and easy to work with- the dashboard looks nice, but in terms of a working portal to manage orders, there is a still a lot of downloading and exporting CSVs needed in order to achieve what we require.
Overall Customer Service and support from Wonderment is 5 Stars :)
An awesome app and an awesome team behind it! Onboarding was fast and painless, and Wonderment has allowed us both to keep our customers engaged by providing up-to-date tracking information and to address any shipping problems that come up before customers are even aware that there's an issue.
