We have just started using this app and it's absolutely amazing.
They simply build all you need to give your customers a fantastic experience about their orders, with a lot of information on tracking. All the email flows within the brand voice were customised for us and we didn't have to do anything.
This was particularly good for me because I'm not quite a tech person... so, incredible job, Sivan and team! Keep up the great work and thank you very much!

Where's My Order is a great tool for tracking shipments. The dashboard with live tracking status is helpful because it gives us an overview of where packages are at any time. We are a subscription box company, so we like to track that shipments are delivered before the customer is charged for their next box. The app allows us to be proactive with our customer service. The Wonderment team is exceptional, always helpful, and responsive to our questions.
The app enables real-time updates to the customer on their delivery, which customers love and reducing customer service time needed for customers chasing their orders. The on-site tracking page means more opportunities for customers to convert. Their support is fantastic, thanks to Julie for resolving issues caused by our unique shipping set-up.
Come for the app, stay for the customer experience and the team. With Wonderment as a partner, we were able to build out customer experiences that have raised our retention significantly. They are a great group to work with and they are experts in the space.
Wonderment has helped me with so many things already. We've only used them for a few months now but we've been able to stay so proactive with any shipping concerns that can happen in transit that our customers are appreciative rather than upset about the issue just because we were able to reach out and offer insight and solutions before they even knew there was a delay.
Prior to using "Where's my order?" we would get support tickets from frustrated customers who hadn't received their shipments. Now we are able to see stalled shipments and shipments that don't make it to the customer and reach out to them. This is great because we are mitigating customer frustrations before they happen. The creators of the team are also great. Very willing to implement suggestions that their users would find helpful.
The effortless Shopify and Klaviyo integrations are second only to the amazing customer service provided by Jess and Brian. Thank y'all for the copious data points that allow us to provide an proactive tracking experience.
