Really good app with a lot of features and configurations, Support is always helpful, I recommend app and team.

As a wholesale only business, we needed to find a way to enable our business to operate online, wholesale only. It was difficult - until we found this app from Digitalcoo. Since starting with WAIO in April, we have had many optimisation conversations, additional features and even theme changes. All with the support of the Digitalcoo team. We even have asked about features we cant find elsewhere, or even from Ëxperts" on Shopify Community, but Max and his team made it all work. We use WAIO, with Net Terms & Manage Lock with some extra little additions we asked for non-standard. Thanks Digitalcoo team... We cant operate without you!

The WAIO app is extremely user friendly. It meets all of our discounting needs and offers more than other wholesale apps that we tried out before finding this one. Other apps were not compatible with a translation app that we use but WAIO was able to make it work for us. The support is outstanding, very quick to reply and have been able to accommodate all of our requests. Highly recommend!

The app is brilliant and the support is extremely helpful and nice. I recommend 100%. I had some issues at the start when installing but customer support is VERY responsive and personal. They worked with me to get the everything working correctly. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Excellent support from Max and the team at DigitalCoo. On install we encounter a few integration problems with our custom theme design. These were corrected with no fuss.
The app now works fine within our theme and we are very happy.

This app has really helped us to go from a basic store to a multi-featured wholesale store. Max and his team are amazing at what they do, the support feature is great and quick. This is the best app for a wholesaler, we have many items and many price ranges, this app provide the functions that all we need, much appreaciated!! they always provide the good service and prompt response. I have some suggestions / ideas, which I already told Max to add these two functions. add an option to search the rule and show more rules per page. It will be more convenient to us and other sellers who need it. thanks!

Simple and effective wholesale pricing. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. This app has the potential to be all that I need for my wholesale needs. Most features are there and the developers are adding features all the time. Thanks guys!

Haven't tried other wholesale apps but this one is unbeatable. Best price with all essentials though some functions require additional payment (but it is really worth paying those one-time fees if you do the math.) Like they provide the volume pricing grid and by far, no one else has it (I couldn't find any grid from others' demo store or screenshot photos). Special thanks to Max as he provided prompt troubleshooting when I accidentally deleted some theme files that made the app and its add-ons stop working. The only concern is speed. The wholesale prices applied to variant options are not so responsive on front end. Will look for some speed optimization for my entire store.

The app works great and the communication with the developers has been fluid. Would recommend this app.
