5 STAR FOR SURE!!!!!! Loving this app so much - I highly recommend! They have an amazing team that will make sure to guide you through the steps until everything is set in order for your wholesale clients to be able to use the app flawlessly, love it!!!

Also, one of the representee by the name of Kay, gave us awesome guidance & assistance and made sure that we were on the right track to get everything started and her email response time was definitely fast and on point. It's always a plus when you can run into a company whose employees are really passionate about their work - this lets me know that they put a lot of work into their company and highly respect their customers.

Overall, there customer service and the platform are A-1 and I would not advise using any other B2B wholesale app, especially if you're not so tech savvy...... this app is perfect. :)

Oh, forgot to mention... you also get a 30-day free trial to really understand how the system works before making a purchasing decision. Thank you so much Orbit / Kay - we are definitely looking forward to using the app on our website for as long as your app is active - you have a long-time customer for sure!!!

great app and excellent customer support. Alex was quick and knowledgeable. I started the conversation one day, and finished it the next, it wasn't more than a minute before i had a live agent.

This is a premium app. The best part is the support that comes with it. I ran into a few problems during set-up due to a paid theme I am using that uses complex Ajax cart functionality. When I contacted the support of the theme, they wouldn't help. The support of B2B Wholesale Club supported immediately and solved the issue as well as many others. I tried out a few other Wholesale apps. Nothing compared to this app. If you want to set up a wholesale online shop without paying for Shopify Plus, this is the best app you will find.

This app no longer works for retailers who sell internationally and use Shopify markets. It is a huge shame as we have been using this app for 4 years and it worked well for us. However it has not kept up, and international retailers are unable to place orders if a store has Shopify Markets in place, even if you ask the customer to check out in your store's home currency. The app developers have confirmed this is a limitation of the app and have no timeframe for resolution. If you are a retailer who sells internationally, don't waste your time on this.

The orbit developers/support team has been crucial to our new site launch and setup! We have been so grateful for Kay and Alex’s help via email and chat.

We received fast, thorough, and thoughtful replies + real solutions! I felt very reassured knowing I had a direct line as we prepped for a new site theme launch.

Kay has also been super helpful in recommending other shopify apps to coordinate with our current suite to best meet our needs and just in making general shopify/ecommerce recommendations/sharing insights based on her experience. I felt confident in her expertise and So reassured!

I have been impressed with the simplicity of this app and backend setup, I now utilize them as a metric of comparison when looking for new apps for our store. Looking forward to continuing to learn and to try out Wholesale Club’s recommended integrations.

A very useful app if you have a separate pricing for your wholesale customers and don't want to spend thousands of dollars on Shopify Plus where this feature is in-built.
I have given 4 stars to the product as I feel there is room for improvement. Their customer service however is impeccable and I would happily give them 5 stars if it was purely on the basis of their support.
