Absolut not the best solution is you wish a professionel and smooth running BTB set-up for your Shopify platform.
It's far to expensive compered to the quality of the app and the service received when problem occurs.

I've been using this app for a few years now and enjoy it. It's got the functionality I need for a good price. There have been the occasional hiccups, but their customer service team is responsive.

This app is helping us fight Coronavirus, by allowing us to supply protective equipment to healthcare & industry, while locking-out the profiteers & hoarders. Support has been fantastically helpful in setup and customising, too. Thank you!

I absolutely love this app. Its flexibility makes it fantastic to cater to your business needs. Everything I was trying to accomplish on my wholesale page was possible with Wholesale Gorilla. The support team and customer service is impeccable and they really strive to help you. I feel it is at the core of their business model. I have spoken to Clementine multiple times and she's not annoyed with me yet :) I am not very savvy with Shopify... I felt the set up was very easy and when I got stuck, help was very easy/quick to get. I think I waited 30 seconds or less each time. Thanks for all the help and support. I highly recommend this app!

Helpful and fairly responsive, does the dev work for us!
We previously had a separate Shopify store, and this has saved us time and effort transferring inventory to different warehouses. Our retailers also love it because they don't want to have to go to multiple sites to view what's available. So far, so good with this app!

I really like how easy it is to use this app, and all the functionality - however - it slows my site down. Of all the apps I have, this is the main offender. I'm hoping they can fix this.

Poco Nido - Updated. Miserable experience -their refusal to offer custom prices for wholesale means that with the shopify markets update we now have to find another B2B solution. Prices are linked with B2C prices and get double discounted due to B2C tax being applied to B2B prices. Awful.

Really impressed with this app, we need to mothball our old wholesale site and this does everything we need (almost) without the headaches and glitches. Still to add -allowing wholesale customers to shop in a different currency, if that was available it would be perfect. Nice ability to price products properly not just stupid blanket discount, and also allows you to hide products from retail customers so you can do presales for wholesale orders. The quick order form is a nice touch too. AND the customer service is helpful and responsive :)

Update-Wholesale gorilla contacted me and everything was fixed within a few hours. Excellent customer service. **When this app was installed the person doing the work trashed the code for the product pages. All my product photos are hidden. I've had to hire someone to fix the problems.

Best wholesale app out there. Great features, simple and easy, and the support team are really helpful.

I was looking for a wholesale app that is able to deal with European VAT Laws and wow ... I am absolutely fond of the support! It is absolutely OUTSTANDING! This is also why I decided to buy this app, although they are only in the development of a feature I would love too ... Discount x requires you to buy amount y of a product. For sure also this feature will be implemented soon and they gave me great advice on how to work around until then! I just love the fast checkout form, that the wholesale customers are tagged by the app, set VAT exempt and the app gets it right so that customers from AT (where I am located) must pay VAT and all others from EU not. All of that saves so much time and gives the customer an easy shopping experience. Also that they can use net Terms payment ... Yes I am absolutely fond of Wholesale Gorilla app and THE TEAM! I wholeheartedly recommend them!
