All of our proxy forms are timing out and showing "There was an error in the third-party application." This is a very costly issue since our customers are not able to login or access the quick order forms.

I'm sorry about this temporary service outage you experienced! It looks our server was undergoing maintenance early Sunday morning. While our service wasn't down completely, our app wasn't accessible for a brief period of time for some stores. I'm sorry that happened to you!

While an issue such as this is rare, we have updated our system to prevent an outage like this from occurring again. I'm sorry again that this happened and for any inconvenience this may have caused. This is likely the best wholesale app for my needs. I tried all of them available in 2019 and this one worked really well, was easy to use and had nearly all the features I was looking for.
I love the wholesale sign up page they provide.

This would have been 5 star for sure, but it does not have tiered pricing which I think is super important.

It would be nice if this somehow incorporated a "pickup in store" option at checkout

Wholesale Gorilla is a great app and their customer service is amazing. They did most of the work installing and configuring the app FOR us and then once we needed some styling changes and dev work we couldn't do ourselves without access to the code, they stepped up and delivered a timely manner. Definitely recommend

If you need wholesale functionality this app does everything you could want in a simple and straightforward way. Customer service is excellent- Zach especially helpful - quick and clear response to any queries I had. Beats having to set up a separate site in Shopify for wholesale - that's for sure! I do not hesitate to recommend this app.

Does just about everything I could ask for, and the service is terriffic! Their email reply to me bounced and Ann went out of her way to email again to make sure I got the reply. Super easy setup, user friendly, and really fast integration. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

We downloaded Gorilla as it was recommended to us, but we had issues setting up the app. We raised issues with Shopify who referred issue to Gorilla for help. We have contacted Gorilla 3 times for help via various means and DEADEND. Not heard anything back. This seems to be a typical problem. So we are moving to another app, as if we have this much trouble when starting, the lack of communication with Gorilla will not work moving forward. UPDATE - TEAM GORILLA GOT BACK TO ME QUICKLY FOLLOING THIS REVIEW AND WERE VERY PROACTIVE AND HELPFUL. THEY RESPONDED TO MY QUESTION AND WERE VERY THOROUGH IN THEIR REPLIES. THUMBS UP TO TEAM GORILLA FOR THAT.

Not as seamless as you may think but the developers will help you integrate the app to your Shopify theme. It combines a lot of useful features into one neat app. Requires some knowledge of html, css and liquid if you want to make customization. Overall, it is a great app that is worth the cost.

We just started using Wholesale Gorilla at konzuk.com. We were very impressed by their sales support (Thanks Clementine!) answered the 100's of questions we had regarding functionality. Their tech support (thanks Zach!) exceeded our expectations finessing the interfacing to match our brand. We have already enjoyed successful wholesale orders using the platform—noting its ease of use and simplicity. We definitely recommend this application.

We've had this set up with our UK store for a while and it works well enough. There is some confusion we keep getting for wholesale customers because they have to use a different login url, and this has sometimes caused weird orders not attached to their wholesale accounts - and requires manually fixing with them. The reason I'm writing this review however is because of our recent experience the last month trying to get this set up in another store. We tried to get it set up the last 7 days - but there is no end in sight. This is because:
1. The install process is complicated - it shouldn't be (our theme already had it integrated, but their app keeps saying it's not installable)
2. The support doesn't respond - we've sent multiple requests.
3. The only email we received from support was to say that we just needed to uninstall and reinstall and it would work. So we did this - and it didn't. Since then they don't reply. We're looking for alternative options - you can't use apps that don't have good support - because this basically means you have no control of problems. We have wholesale customers waiting for their orders - but unless Wholesale Gorilla support starts to respond/ do something, we have been 'helpless'. Looking for alternatives to move away from this app as a consequence.

I'm very sorry for your negative experience! We try to make our install process as easy as possible, however some themes that have been customized or in this case are duplicates of a theme already running our app on another store can take more manual intervention by our team to get things up and running. We will definitely look into how we can make this process easier and less confusing in the future.

Also, I apologize for the delay in response times you experienced. We were unexpectedly short-staffed last week and in some cases we had longer response times than our usual goal of getting back to merchants within 1 business day.

These guys have the best support of anyone I've worked with from the Shopify app store. I can't thank them enough for their time and assistance to help make this program work with my site. They are rock stars. Give them a shot.
