Great support! Helped me get through the installation without any issues and followed up to make sure the install was working properly
We are using Supple Wholesale, Membership and BOGO for our latest project. We have used many other apps to accomplish these goals but find Supple Apps to be more user friendly and LOVE that wholesale doesn't generate loads of variants. The support teams have been top notch. I would definitely recommend Supple Apps to anyone looking to automate some of the CRM features.

The app works fantastically. The auto-generated discount codes work quite well and offer great flexibility over variant price alternative apps - it also works really well for our store as we use the one shopfront to sell our stock locally and overseas and this app allows us to discount our products based on customer tags - meaning we can "discount" to remove 10% GST/tax Australian customers have to pay for our overseas customers. Also since we use a live/dynamic currency converted to show prices based on location - using discount codes as opposed to variant prices also means we have greated flexibility - don't have to run 2 or more different stores and manually manage inventory levels between the 2 with the same stock!
The customer service is great - very quick, efficient and professional. I can highly recommended this app and Supple as a company to support your needs. Thanks again Supple!
The Wholesale Pricing app has solved our problems for the missing Shopify wholesale functions. Their developer team has been extremely helpful whenever we need any assistance customizing anything. I highly recommend!
This app is VERY UNSTABLE and SO FRUSTRATING. The app is so unstable, it constantly messes up my whole cart/checkout/discount system. This app makes my whole business look like a joke. Shouldn't be this unstable, especially when I am selling to wholesale customers with big orders over $10,000. After using this app for 3 weeks, I have received so many complaints from the customers, I can't do my daily job because I am just cleaning up the mess the app is making every day.
The most frustrating part: I contacted the support team several times over many weeks, beggin for help, they often comes back to me with 2-3 delayed answer without actually solving the problem but keep giving me generic answers like they can see them fine in their screen. and when I ask a further question or actual screenshot to follow up, they go quiet for another 3 days while my customers are getting increasingly mad at me.
I requested a call or live chat to resolve outstanding issues but they simply refused to do it because (they said) they don't have a capacity to take any call. Come on! Seriously? I am losing customers and sales every day. The team who makes this kind of wholesale app should take a more responsible approach to maintain the app to actually work.

We installed the Wholesale App and the Buy 1 Get 1 App. The customer service was beyond AMAZING. They made it a priority to quickly reply to our emails, fix any issues we had, and offer to do customization that fit our needs. Their support team has been the best in our three years of using shopify and shopify apps. We highly recommend their apps.
I use this app to separate my costumers into groups with different discounts and conditions. It saves me a lot of hassle because it's all automatic!
I couldn't be more impressed with costumer support either. Very fast to respond and eager to help. They even helped out with problems I had in my code regarding other apps.
