It's an amazing app and the support from the team was a great. We have also used net30 and volume discounts functionality and it's working great.
I unfortunately couldn't get B2B Wholesale Club to play nicely with other App integrations on my shopify store. So, was forced to uninstall it after about $2,000.00 and many hours of time trying to troubleshoot a successful implementation of the tool. I'm going to have to find another B2B solution.
I do believe B2B Wholesale Club would be fine on its own without other Apps that effect product discounts. In my opinion, it is probably a good decision to install this App ONLY if you do not plan to install or affect discounted pricing for D2C e-comm purchases.
Hi! I'm so sorry you had incompatibility issues with another app. This can happen from time to time, generally when two apps are competing for the same spot on the storefront. The best thing to do is always to reach out to us first! I also want to clarify the only charges you received from us were 2 monthly subscriptions totalling $84.50 which I've now refunded. Rob and the Pixel Union Team have demonstrated superb effort to enable Wholesale Club to function on my website, as well as make a couple modifications that made my website pretty darn awesome. I am glad to have their help. I would definitely recommend their app.
We were having an issue with one of our wholesale discounts and they were very helpful in troubleshooting that and getting it resolved.

I am a long-term user (2 years) of this app -- from before the PIXEL UNION acquisition.
Recently I experienced a broken checkout process for NET30 customers.I had not changed anything in the operation of my store, added apps, or changed themes. I contacted support and they verified that the app was broken.
And then…I waited…and waited…and waited…and emailed…and emailed…and emailed…
After waiting five days without resolution, I deleted the app. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic and non-responsive.
If you want to lose sales, install this.

What happened to this App????? This App used to be good. Now it's glitchy and customer support is slow and unresponsive. We continue to have recurring issues where the Wholesale discount does not apply and can't put through Wholesale orders for days! Customer support is saying that they sent replies but it's false and frankly, the replies are not even helpful in resolving the same recurring issues. Very disappointing.
